MSC / ISA SBSS Instructor courses & Information & Application

MSC as an approved ISA training centre provides all courses in accordance with ISA guidelines. Specific details of all requirements for the various classes of instructor can be found directly on the ISA website which is www.sailing .ie under the training tab of that website.

Young people wishing to instruct others in the sport of sailing will need the relevant qualifications as outlined by the ISA. From a sailing perspective these are generally as follow:

Assistant Sailing Instructor

Sailing Instructor (Dinghy, Keelboat or Catamaran)

Adventure Sailing Instructor, Kites and Wires Instructor, Club Racing Instructor or club Racing Coach (Sailing)

Senior Instructor
